Farming Simulator 2013
After a lot of work... I eventually got my hands on the Farming Simulator 2013 Dedicated Server Software. It's not available anywhere online (other than here) and it took me hours of searching to discover that it was included in the Farming Simulator 2013 Official Expansion 2 disc which I then bought on eBay along with a copy of Farming Simulator 2013 to use the software.
I then set up a server which is online 24/7!!
The patch above is currently available on their website for free, but I don't trust them to keep it there.
FYI - For anyone hosting a dedicated server, you need to open port 10823 on your router to allow people to connect!
